Sip, Stretch & Snuggle: The Barnyard Yoga Edition
We are very excited to be offering two yoga sessions in the flowers with Katie Michel, managing partner of Orange Shoe Personal Fitness.
Thursday, August 7th - Start 5:30pm, 6:45pm: Wine, Yoga, & Flowers (21+ Only Event): The evening will start with a wagon ride to the pasture for a beautiful peaceful yoga class overlooking the flowers. We will be using the one glass of wine/mocktail throughout the entire yoga session for balances and fun challenges. We will encourage you to sip slowly on the glass that is included. After the class, you will be given your cup to pick your flowers as you walk through the flower fields back to the farm to meet the baby goats, mini cow, and mini donkey and get your slushie. Be ready for some fun! The later session is welcome to arrive early to enjoy the farm before their class. Don't forget to bring your mat and a water bottle. Bar will be open for additional drinks, or preorder snacks to enjoy after the class.
Thursday, August 28th - 6:00pm-sunset: Yoga, Flowers, Goats, Cows, & Donkeys: The evening will start with animal visits before the class. Class will take place in the backyard overlooking the flowers. After the class, you will be given your cup to pick your flowers to take home and have more vists with the baby goats, mini cow, and mini donkey. Be ready for some fun! Bar will be open for additional drinks, or preorder snacks to enjoy after the class. Please note, animal visits will occur after the yoga class not during.
About Katie: Katie has over 10,000 hours of experience teaching across the midwest and in 8 different countries! You will feel great when you leave this class. There are so many benefits to yoga including, reducing stress and anxiety! Class will include releasing the tension in your whole body with flowing yoga and building a solid core! No drop-ins as space is limitied.
